We will be moving in by the end of July and would like to rent a room beginning in August. You will be sharing this house with us (2 adults 26/26, 1 young child (7 mos currently), a friendly yellow lab, and a friendly cat. Don't worry, the animals will be kept out of your room unless you invite them in. They are really quite sweet. The baby's room is in the other corner of the house separated by the kitchen and living room along with a hallway. He is sleeping through the night 95 percent of the time so noise won't be an issue. Garage parking is included, as well as all other utilities (but please be mindful of the cost of wasted water, electric, etc.) We have DirecTV currently and will be having it relocated to the new house as well. You are more than welcome to watch TV exclusively in the living room on out 42" plasma, or in your room if you want to pay extra monthly for what it costs to have another box installed, DVR, HD, etc.. You would be welcome to any meals my wife or I prepare, and are encouraged to cook as well, if you'd like so long as the kitchen/dining area are clean when you are done. You will have a private room (unfurnished, and fairly small (10x11)), but share all common areas. (And actually, you will be the only one using the second full bathroom, as the master bathroom connects between our room and the baby's room and we have no need to use the second bathroom.).
