I have an open room in a 2BR about 5 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh - townhouse community, mostly younger people living here. Gated community, there is a guard from 8P-6A, so it's extremely safe. On busline, apparently (I'm clueless about public transportation, since I drive everywhere.) Pet-friendly, to non-restricted breeds -- I LOVE animals :) all I have is an aquarium with some angry cichlids. Apartment is brand new - finished being built in August this year, brand new appliances, windows, everything. Rent is 695/months, so 347.50/person... the most expensive our bills combined (cable/internet, gas, electric) have been was 90/person... so it's extremely affordable and the bills aren't expensive at all. There is a parking lot and parking is always available. I'm easy to live with - I'm a 22 year-old law student at Duquesne, and I work on the weekends, so I'm not here a ton, and when I am, I'm usually reading for school or just relaxing. I love music, all different kinds, movies, reading books that aren't related to law, grabbing a beer or 10 at the bar, football, shopping.. normal stuff. I don't mind if you have friends over whenever, just so long as there aren't huge parties here Monday-Wednesday... Thursdays aren't a big deal ;-)
