I am a 27 year old guy who owns a 4 bed room house with two bath rooms. I do have my 15 year old nephew living with me, I gave him a room that has the bath room in it, so some one would be sharing a bath room with me. I do have two living rooms that are completely furnished, as of right now he does occupy the second living room, but certain arrangements can be agreed upon with the price. I am a clean person and expect the same out of who ever is living in my place, such as making sure dirty dishes are put in dish washer and things are not left all over the place.
