About me: 27 year old male. Work long hours during the week. During the weekend I do enjoy blowing off steam (do like to drink but don’t smoke or do drugs). I have a ping pong table in the garage (sometimes it’s used for beer pong). I am a kid at heart, “getting old is mandatory, growing up is optional”, however very responsible as I hope my next roommate will be. My downstairs is always kept clean, do my dishes every night, take out the trash, yada yada. I have had my long time buddy living w/ me along with his fiancé. They will be moving out by March 1st, as he just graduated and took a job in AZ. This means I will be looking for a roommate starting in March / April. I have 4 free rooms to choose from, they are all $500 plus utilities. I am not looking for someone to cook or clean for me in exchange for rent, I know how to work my microwave thank you very much. About the house: 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Roommate’s bathroom has two sinks, separate from toilet and shower, and will be shared with 1 other roommate (preferable someone you choose or pick out.). Very spacious downstairs with fireplace, island counter, big screen HDTV, plenty of cupboard space. House has super fast wireless internet, along with cable tv. There is a driveway spot available along with 4 or 5 street parking spots that I call my own (live on corner and no one ever parks there). I have a full house alarm, of which you would have your own alarm code. Washer and Dryer upstairs, so no carrying clothes up/down stairs. Horseshoe pit in the backyard along with BBQ that you may use anytime (just put the cover back on when you’re done). About the neighborhood: In North Natomas bout 20 minutes from Sac State. Very quite, no traffic at all. My house is close to the freeway but the noise is hardly noticeable. 2 parks within a couple blocks, b-ball and tennis court. I haven’t been but they look nice.

Looking for in a roommate: Someone between 21-30, m/f doesn’t matter. Would be good place for college students. Just looking for person that likes regular stuff, i.e. football, baseball, etc…. I don’t mind if you have a pet, as long as it’s potty trained and gets along with other dogs (I don’t have one, but when my sister comes down from Reno, she likes to bring her dog).
