Hi all, We are looking for a roommate to share a house (a couple and an international exchange student) in the St-Laurent/Montreal Road area. You could move in as early as April 1st. Private room on the 2nd floor would be yours. Share the rest of the house. One lounging area on the main floor with HD cable. Basement also has a semi-private living space with a tv and couches... Rent is $525 and includes a parking space, access to additional storage including a space for a bicycle in the shed, internet and full cable and all utilities. We also have a BBQ. Very quiet house and neighborhood. Great place to study and work and relax! About a 30 minute bike ride to Carleton campus, 15 to UofO and walking distance to la Cite, Monfort (about 1km). Short term (monthly) stays are fine with us for additional cost. The room and house are fully furnished but if you wish to bring your own bed we can make that work too.
