This would be a GREAT place for a college student in the St. Louis area for the summer!! I'm a young professional living in the Clayton Moorlands, right near the Wash U campus, a short drive to the Loop, and easy access to I-64/US-40 and I-170. I work a full-time job during the day and go to class in the evenings, so I'm pretty busy during the week. I'm not a huge partier, but do like to go out on weekends . This 2BR is spacious and has a lot of character! It comes complete with hardwood floors throughout, Large living room, dining room, nice-sized kitchen, and (my favorite part) a balcony! The room available has a great closet and a really neat built-in desk and shelving area.
