Hello potential new roommates! My current roommate is moving out by the end of October and I am looking for a new roommate. Our lease runs through May. My apartment is uptown in New Orleans, near Tulane and Loyola. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, central air/heat, internet and cable, and access to a pool. It's small, cottage-style house located in a safe, gated community and the room will be available Nov. 1st. About me: I'm very friendly and outgoing and I get along with almost everyone. I'm 23, originally from Chicago but I've been here since '04 (I graduated from Tulane in '08) and I love New Orleans. I enjoy biking, swimming, and just being outdoors in general. I also love listening to music and dancing. I don't particularly want a pet but pets are negotiable (because I do love animals).

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party rarely.

I live in a 1 person co-ed household. Age 23 - 23. My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is education/ training. I do not have any pets.

The apartment building (10+ units) is located at uptown. The residence features air conditioning, carpet, laundry, dishwasher, pool. Your room is unfurnished. It features private bathroom, private entrance, private closet. Fees: to move in - 0, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $100.00.

I'm looking to live with someone who is also very friendly and social, likes things to be clean, is responsible with money and just dependable in general. I'd like to live with someone who has similar interests as me and who I could become friends with, but I can also give people their space when they need it. No smokers, please!
