Answer my questions
1) Can you co-exist in apartment with two small pets (of course, separated from your own room) ?
2) Are you able to be open about feelings/problems involving apartment situation ?
3) Spare bedroom (Master) is semi-furnished with California King Bed--would you prefer to use it (free of charge to use, not take) instead of bringing your own ?
4) Are you able to provide two references (either friends or professional) ?

About me and my place

Clean, quiet, a little zany, open-minded--I don't take myself too seriously, and am good-humored. I am a (fish-eating) Vegetarian. You do not have to be a Vegetarian--by no means--to live here, but you should be respectful of things like keeping dishes/pots clean after cooking meat. (That is an odd detail to throw in, I'm not uptight about it, it's just a courtesy-thing to get out of the way.) So...the fun stuff: This is a magnificent place with a contemporary, Japanese aesthetic; very open and loft-like. Sliding frosted glass doors separate different sections of the condo, 13-ft high ceilings, our own washer/dryer, central A/C, wireless internet... My sister moved out, so Master Bedroom is available (not charging extra for this; I simply don't want to haul all of my stuff across the apartment and re-acclimate to another room.) Spare room (Master) is also more private than the other bedroom. SPECIFICS OF MASTER BR: Has several closets and a large private bath with two sinks. Bedroom is HUGE. Wonderful, floor-length windows, clean, contemporary architecture. (*If you like, a FREE BED is also available; it is already left in the room, California King-size, sister left it behind, free to use, not to keep. The bedroom is not fully furnished; the bed is the exception. (If you are moving from far away, getting a mattress and boxspring moved in is a major hassle--I am on the 4th floor. Offer of bed is meant to offset the trouble of having to move in a bulky mattress and make the move lighter on your end. Of course there is no obligation to use the bed!) Apartment complex itself features 24-hour security, sophisticated lobby (flat screen TVs/modern furniture), state-of-the-art fitness center. (*Simply look up Vero at 1234 Wilshire...many pictures of space available.) I truly love living here. There is a gourmet bakery/coffee & tea house IN the building itself, as well as an ever-popular Subway, a sushi place, and a Yogurt store coming soon. The convenie
I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I rarely have overnight guests.I party rarely.

The apartment complex is located at Downtown (not central, a bit West of). The residence features air conditioning, wood floors, carpet, storage, gym, parking, elevator, laundry, jacuzzi, dishwasher, pool. Your room is furnished. It features private bathroom, phone jack, furnished, cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - 0.00, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $150.00.

I am looking for

Looking for someone smart/driven, under 35, relatively successful or 'on your way'...The entire rent I pay for the apartment itself is $2900, which is steep, but I am only asking that potential renter pay for 1/3 of this--AND you get the (much) bigger bedroom! No catch--only that you must be willing to co-exist with some cute bunnies (they live in a pen in the living room, but are out free on occasion. Totally harmless, very quiet, I obviously take full care and responsibility of them). (*I feel that is a fair trade-off, IF you can stand pets or aren't terribly allergic (I dust and clean regularly), I'll essentially knock $500 off your end. Splitting the rent would normally be about $1500/month for each of us. But because the presence of pets is already established, and NO OTHER ANIMALS can be added (fish ok), even though I am an animal lover, dogs/cats won't be a good mix with my rabbits! So, I'm offering to pay more--AND I'll keep the smaller room.) IMPORTANT: If you do become my roommate, I will not jack up the price or something suddenly. This $500 discount is for real and will be in effect each month. In renting this room, I am not looking to make a profit, simply looking to fill a space so I can afford to keep living in this awesome place!)

My roommate preferences

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 18 and 32. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I prefer a household without pets.
