I have a very large house that has amazing city and mountain views. It has 7 bedrooms and 3 baths so there is plenty of space. I will not be filling up all the rooms but you will have several to choose from. There is Marble, Granite and Travertine throughout and the chefs kitchen is only slightly less impressive than the view you get while cooking and entertaining. Most nights are quiet but I am not opposed to having people over for dinner and drinks or to sit around the firepit down in the yard and drink a few beers. I am a young professional who also runs my own companies on the side. I am rarely here and do not need all this space for myself:) I am looking for cool, responsible, and fairly chill people to be roomies. All of the bedrooms are fairly large, the smaller bedrooms rent for $495 and the larger ones are more. Term is negotiable as are most of the other preferences. I do not currently have kids or pets here but would be willing to speak to you about it. Im a pretty mellow guy and am willing to be flexible. Rooms can also be furnished for an extra fee. The house is only 1 min from I10, 10 from U of A and only 5 from downtown.
