My name is Jonathan, I am 31, male, and am looking for an affordable place to stay. I have a full time good job in Garden Grove off Chapman and Western. Why am I looking for a room so cheap? Well it is a long story of marriage, kids, separation, living together again so us and the kids could survive and then it not working out again. It just sucks i already paid rent, before we decided it was best i moved back out. So you see i am looking for an affordable place for me, while at the same time making sure my kids are able to keep living the way they are. A tough feat to accomplish in this economy, while living in Orange County. I dont wanna sound cheesy, but, im honest, fair, kind, generous, and i am very trusting, which has kicked me in the butt more than once. At home I am quiet, I work a lot of hours, so I just want to relax, but I am not completely boring. If I party it is usually out of town, and happens about once a month if im lucky, I like to save up and go big. I am very easy going and get along with all types of people, it takes a lot to get me upset, i tend to wait to see if situations correct themselves before putting in my two cents. I have basically been on the street since the 1st. I have no other family here and my friends have all lost their jobs at some point, forcing them into other living situations, such as their parents, etc.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as average.I never have overnight guests.I party rarely.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is creative/ media. I do not have any pets.

I am not being picky at this point. I would prefer anything $300 or under, but can go up to $400, though it may make my situation more difficult. I just need a room with a bed or couch, and a bathroom. I am willing to share if the situation isnt too sketchy. Not too picky about location, my kids are in Tustin and I work in Garden Grove. Though areas with a lot of people traffic and noise tend to stress me out, for example Santa Ana. Please dont hesitate to make me an offer, like I said, I am open to a lot of things at the moment.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 21 and 50. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I don't mind if my roommates have a pet cat, a pet dog.
