I moved to Portland to study Renewable Energy Engineering. The first program in the country. I am first person of Latino in the program. I've worked for Van Jones and other environmental organizations. I don't drink, smoke, and I very rarely eat meat. I am a native Spanish-speaker and so is my girlfriend who lives in Seattle. I am gone every other weekend to Seattle. I spend most days doing math heavy physics-type problems while listening to hip-hop, jazz, and soul. I think David Sedaris is mildly funny, while Dave Chappelle is a genius at satirizing race relations.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.I eat vegetarian.My level of cleanliness is best described as average.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party occasionally.

My work schedule is best described as "student". My professional occupation is student/ graduate. I do not have any pets.

I really appreciate cultural competency. Previous experience in larger cities also helps. I dig intentional community. However if it makes sense for us to just be roommates, that's cool too.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 22 and 30. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I don't mind if my roommates have a pet cat, a pet dog.
