Here’s the situation, currently I’m in a 1bd/1ba in Camden Tuscany (look it up online) in Little Italy, San Diego. I’m looking to upgrade to a 2bd/2ba in the same apartment complex. I’m open to taking on two roommates and going to a 3bd/2ba, but that depends on the other two roommates. For the 2/2 scenario, it’ll be a little more than a 1000 a month for each of us. The pros: location, clean, safe for you and your stuff, friendly staff, its got whatever you need, I’ve already got some furniture and a tv(but not all, still fairly new to the area). The cons: occasionally noisy neighbors (if unlucky), that stupid train. Overall the place is ok. With regards to garage parking, the apartment does have a gated garage. We’d have to ask the staff about the parking availability. I don’t think it should be a problem. If you’re interested, I’d set up a time for us both to check out the 2/2s the apartment has available (chance to ask all the questions, see all the places and stuff) and then we’d probably head out to get a beer or coffee so you can know who I am and I can learn about you. About me: I’m a 23 yr old engineer in the Navy (no, I’m not getting deployed anytime). I’ll be around for a while. My life and stuff is together for the most part, workout/run quite a bit, skydive every once in a while when I get the chance, etc.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I rarely have overnight guests.I party occasionally.

I live in a 1 person co-ed household. Age 21 - 26. My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is military. I do not have any pets.

The apartment building (10+ units) is located at Little Italy. The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, carpet, gym, parking, elevator, laundry, jacuzzi, dishwasher, pool. Your room is unfurnished. It features private bathroom, phone jack, cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - 700, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $70.00.

Whats necessary from you: honesty, sense of humor, easy going, courteous, clean, plans on staying a while (no short term renters) so be a friend, not just a roommate. What I don’t want: drugs, pets (unless it’s a fish tank), lying, stealing, rudeness, indifference, irresponsible living, etc. (don’t be an class-A, arrogant, negligent jerk). Big plus if you’re a workout/running/drinking buddy, other military JO, or engineer of some sort. (obviously none of these are necessary)

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 21 and 26. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I prefer a household without pets.
