UMass Amherst grad who has a bedroom available for rent. And it is available now. the bedroom is in my condo which I bought a year ago. The bedroom is large with 2 windows and a walk in closet. I think it is about 11' wide and 17' long. The condo is 1400 sq feet, townhouse style, so the 2 large bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There are 2 full bathrooms and a guest room. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living room is fully furnished. Everything in the condo, including the in-unit washer/dyer, is brand new. The condo is in a great neighborhood in Revere and is on public transportation routes. The 110/11 bus line is right outside the building. The bus routes connect to wellington/Revere beach/haymarket stations. The building is 8 units and is about 9 years old. There is off street parking, and plenty of street parking. I work downtown at , and it is very easy to take public transportation. it is also a quick drive into the city, about 15 minutes drive. I can provide the room furnished with a queen bed if needed.
