I am a Georgia State student who is renting a house in historic college park and am looking for 2 other roommates. It is a three bedroom house(you would have your own private room). It has two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, full kitchen, and a front and back porch. It is about 10 miles from Georgia State, a block away from a MARTA bus stop, and about a mile from the both the college park and east point train stations. Rent is $500 a month plus the shared cost of utilities. The only set back is that we do not allow any pets.
