Renters pay an equal share of the utilities, which run between $90-$135 each depending on water billing cycle. The security deposit is $250. Regular housecleaning is about $30 per month each. High speed internet access, cable tv (AT&T Uverse with channels) and unlimited digital phone calls in California are included in the monthly utilities.
