I am a 20 year old student attending Humber College for Industrial Design. My place is right in the heart of Roncescvalles (south of Bloor & Dundas). The apartment is on the second floor of a three level victorian style house. There is a housemate above me that has to pass through my hallway to get to her apartment. She leaves early in the morning and is back late at night so I hardy see or hear her. There is a beautiful newly painted living room. The kitchen is small, but cute and functional. The apartment has a lot of character because of how old it is Your room is the same size as mine about 11'x15' (the door is on an angle). The room comes furnished. Items can be put into storage, but the bed must stay. In terms of maximum length you can stay...I plan on staying the summer and all of next year or more.
