I am moving to a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse, a very cool place, and there is plenty of space for two roommates to share it with me. That would lighten the financial load on me signifigantly. It would be a very affordable, very comfortable place for anyone and I really think I'm the kind of guy that makes for a really great roommate. I am a very chill guy (I come from a big family-- I'm definitely a get-along guy!!) I'm into music and literature and comedy and fun and I am most definitely a well-adjusted, cool, hard-working guy that most anyone would really like to have around. I work in a bar late-night, so I'm not really home a *whole* lot but i value and comfort level when I am (Who doesn't?). I gotta say, my hard party days are behind me, and I've had the bad experience of a trashy party animal roommate already, so if you like to have drunks or druggies or strangers over several nights a week, we wouldn't be a good fit (Ha ha-- sorry!! Gotta be truthful!!.) Like I said, this would be a great deal for anyone. You'd have your own bedroom, of course, and there's a full bath upstairs that you'd only have to share with a 3rd roommate if we took one on. (The monthly bills would be way do-able split just two ways, but even cushier split three, of course!!) I love the location also. I really think I scored finding this place!
