I am a junior at WashU and my roomate is going abroad next semester. A friend of mine was supposed to move in but the university won't let her out of her contract so I need to find a new roomate fast! My apartment is on Forsyth, about 15 minutes walking distance from the WashU campus and about a block from a Metro stop. Its very spacious. There is a living room, a dining room, a butler's pantry, a nice kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is also a basement with our own washer and dryer so there is lots of storage space. We have basic cable as well as WiFi. The apartment is cooled with central air and heated with radiators and both work wonderfully. We live on the first floor and 4 boys live upstairs. They are pretty quiet and always friendly. My landord is pet friendly, both cats and dogs. I have a 6 year old dog who is very quiet and sweet. She never barks and spends a lot of time sleeping.
