The area is an older, quiet neighborhood near Bertha Casey Elementary and Southpark Meadows. . Most of the residents are older or retired. It's a very “homey” environment. Some of the amenities include: washer/dryer/5.1 surround sound/large storage freezer/two refrigerators/garage storage space/2700 total sq.ft./wood and ceramic tile floors/Digital Cable/RoadRunner/a respectful and conscientious landlord.
