Need a down to earth roommate for a laid back living environment. I offer a homey place for you with great things like: common areas already furnished plasma tv in living room electric fireplace in living marble tile in bath vessel stone bath sink jacuzzi tub wine fridge eat in kitchen beautiful, tall cabinets lighting on dimmers throughout you get the master bed which adjoins to the bath plenty of closet space basically the place will be yours as i'll have my own living space in the basement. i will though share a kitchen and bath with you until my plans for a bathroom in the basement can be fulfilled. so eventually my plan is that we'll each have a private bath. there is a 3rd roommate.. hes absentee.. hes literally NEVER EVER home. i think so far for the month hes been home like twice. other great things: laundry in basement plenty of parking steps from cta/pace buses walk to metra minutes from 90 and 94 minutes from blue line walk to grocery, bank, bakery, cafe, church, fast food, etc about me: im told im easy to live with. im kind, loyal, forgiving, sweet among other things. i enjoy typical 20s type of behavior.. going out for drinks, dancing the night away, etc. when im not doing that i am suzy homemaker and enjoy doing projects around the house. im a professional and work from home so i'll be around some but i intend to keep mostly to myself in the basement. id enjoy you (my new roommate) as a companion to watch movies with, make dinner with, drink wine and talk with but if you're not into that im totally cool keeping to myself in the basement. let me know if you have questions or if you'd like to see the place. im posting a couple pictures including 1 of me so that you know that both myself and my place is real. me: syndriaatmsndotcom Cindy
