Hey whats going on? The room for rent is in our new house. Were looking to have someone move in pretty much anytime but preferably b y the first of July. Althought the sooner the better. The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath, all rooms and bathroom on the second floor, so we would be sharing a bathroom. But were really pretty clean so no worries. We here in the house are a couple. My name is Richard, go by Dick, my gf is Lindsey. Im 21 and she is 23. We both work full time as professionals. I'm a banker, she does something with default mortgages. We both golf. I like nascar. We both like sports in general so we enjoy the average night of hockey wings and beer. I'm from Texas and her from north of Philly. Pretty normal white couple who enjoy cooking(I do the cooking and am pretty good I think) and going out occasionally. We dont absolutely neeeeeed a roommate but until we know how much all the bills will be exactly we think this is the easiest way to make sure things are paid and we enjoy the company. The 525 is all bills included(rent gas electric water trash fios tv/wireless etc), no deposit necessary(just first months rent) just be neat and clean and friendly. We enjoy hanging out with whom we live with so happy and outgoing a plus for sure. Unfortunately, we will not allow inside smokers, drugs, or animals( this may be negotiable). Also the age range we are looking for is 21-26ish. Just looking for someone around our age, who is at least 21, couples are ok for sure, who is drama free and is easy going.
