Along with utilities, the monthly rent you are partially responsible for the following: The monthly electric bill is typically around $250; the monthly cable and internet (you don't have to pay for the internet if you don't have a computer) is $107 and the semi-annual (once every three months) water bill is about $85. So the above is typically split between the three people living in the house. So, depending on how much water and AC we all use, a typical final monthly obligation for each person (of the three people living in the house), including full cable and internet is about $700. I need your first months rent (550) at the beginning of the month. I am also considering those who are considering longer term commitments than those with shorter term commitments. If you know much about Miami and the Kendall area, you know this is an absolutely ridiculously low price for a nice home and nice area. The town house is located directly off of 120th street and 122 avenue. There are 3 bathrooms (two upstairs, one downstairs), and each room is about 10x13 (130 sq. ft), which is not big, but not small either. There are no gimmicks, no hidden fees. I have already paid the $1500 security deposit and have done all the landscaping in the back yard and front driveway seal on my own. We have a garage (acts as more of a boxing gym/storage place) and a driveway that fits another two cars. There are additional parking spaces in the community as well. My roommate just received special orders and has to be out asap. This unfortunately leaves me the financial burden of finding a roommate. So basically, the person who is able to move in as close to this JULY 1st as possible (or place money down in stead), will be given the most consideration.
