I have 2 roommates that are moving out, one is moving out this month and the other in September. It is 2100 Sq Ft, 3 bedrooms, 4 bath, has full finished basement with a fireplace and wetbar (sink, cabinets, mini-frig, toaster oven, and microwave), closet and full bathroom in the basement to make into a 4th bedroom if needed, cermaic tile in the basement with crown molding walkout basement with patio, a large laundry room in the basement with a washer and dryer, deck off of the first floor, hardwoord floors on the first floor, bathroom on the first floor, all appliances in the kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove), 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms all carpeted, one shared bathroom, and a bathroom in the master bedroom. The utilities would be split 2 ways- cable, internet (wireless) and electric are the only utilities. The townhome is 15 min from downtown Raleigh and 5 min away from Carbtree Valley Mall. I-440 is approx 5 to 7 min drive and I-540 is about a 10 min drive. The home is on Dixon Dr. near Sanderson Highschool. With the shared rent and utilities our expenses come out to about $500 -$530 a month.
