Hi folks! I've got a 3 bedroomed semi-detached house just outside Newcastle (it's in Camperdown/Burradon), about 4 miles from the city centre (bus stop right outside). I'm looking to rent out the master bedroom, which has a king size bed, a desk, and substantial storage space (along with a few handily placed plug sockets). The house itself has living room, which has Sky HD and a couple of comfy sofas. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge, freezer and all the usual modcons. The kitchen is quite spacious, again with a lot of storage space. The bathroom contains a shower and bath, and the toilet is separate. Wireless broadband is installed in the house as well, which is pretty handy too. As for me - I'm 26, work in a bank by day, and as a musician by night, so I'm always on the go. I'm pretty easy going, which helps, and we occasionally host the odd party at the house when to notion takes me.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party weekends.

I'm looking for a reasonably sociable creature, and one with a good taste in music is generally preferable. I like to keep the house reasonably tidy, though I'm not over-the-top, and I'm definitely not one of those people who will get arsey when a plate gets left unwashed for a day. A good sense of humour is essential, otherwise, it won't be much fun. I'm not bothered what time anyone comes and goes at in the middle of the night, as long as no one wakes me up!
