I live in the Overlook Ridge apartments in the Malden/Revere area (right off Rt. 1). My current roommate is moving out on August 1st and I’m looking for someone to take over the lease which ends in May. I’d prefer to live with a female roommate in her 20’s or early 30’s, someone who has a stable job and can pay the rent on time. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, w/ dishwasher, microwave, central ac/heating and washer/dryer in unit. The available room is the master bedroom which has two closets and a full tub in the bathroom. The monthly rent is $716 each not including utilities. The apartment complex has a heated swimming pool, fitness center, business center, convenience store, indoor basketball court, movie theater entertainment room, billiards/game room, convenient public transportation (multiple bus routes to Boston & local train stations) and is also pet friendly for a monthly rate. There is parking available in front of the building and also garage parking for a monthly rate. I work in Boston and typically get home between 6-7 PM during the week. I rarely have guests over and am not home much on the weekends (so you’d have the place to yourself!). I’m easy to get along with, laid back, clean and am looking for the same in a roommate.
