We're pretty laid back and enjoy having a drink together when we are home (we have pretty developed palettes for booze). The house looks like it's straight out of Venice Beach (my hometown), but is in the heart of South Pasadena. It has hardwood floors and French patio doors with a fenced-in brick patio. It's a REALLY sweet spot given the price, amenities, and location. The room that's available is on the second floor of the house, has it's own half-bath, and is the quietest out of the three.
