You have marble flooring throughout the entry and hallway. The kitchen is shared, along with the living room and formal dining area. Again, this is a very large place. Very secure, Pride of ownership! The home is occupied by two adults, plus a small toddler. We are also drug free, drama-free, don't smoke or have any pets and foster good southern values. This is an all-bills paid arrangement, so you get free gas, electric, water, and cable with over 300+ channels on U-verse. As far as a housemate, we'd prefer straight with no pets, a stable job, verifiable references and clean is a must. Drama-free, drug & smoke free are also a must. We require a $650 deposit and rent is prorated based on when you move-in. A minimum term of three month is required. Since this is our primary residence, we are a bit selective, and reserve all rights to remove this offering without notice.
