I am an art student, and the house is located just behind the UWE studios at Spike Island. There are four decent sized bedrooms, a large kitchen, large bathroom, courtyard and basement. Currently being refurbished to be ready for us to move in. 15 mins walk into town, 1 mins walk to the Orchard pub, off license 1 min in other direction, ...promises to be a lively summer!

Movies I enjoy the most are Having a Woody Allen phase at the moment - other than that generally artsy fartsy stuff and comedies and anything that has been made in a creative or innovative way.
