The bedroom is fairly narrow but it has a good quality small double bed in and there's a 8ft deep alcove off to one side that stores loads of stuff. The room itself is currently unfurnished except for the bed but will happily fully furnish if you require. You will also have sole use of a small study/office with a chair, desk and fitted bookshelves just off from the room. There's cable TV in the lounge, fast broadband (wifi), private garden with gas barbecue (it will be summer again at some point!) and loads of other amenities. My previous tenants have all enjoyed living here. It's a relaxing place on a nice and conveniently located road. I'm a 30 year old male, work from home most of the time (but don't expect you to be quiet), and I have a friendly dog who doesn't bark or chew...
