The house is a four bedroom, two bathroom, two story house and is all recently renovated. So it is very nice and new inside. The room is sized room on corner of house. The room shares a full bathroom with the one other roommate. If you do not drive the house is off major bus line on Division and Powell. I share the house with another single lady who works (48 years old). I (32 years old) have a year old daughter who has a room with me upstairs and is at house 3 days a week (her father and I share custody). The house has a large back deck, and a huge yard. I and other roomie are attempting a large garden this spring . We'd love help. I am a A&D counselor at a non profit on 28th and E Burnside, working 3/4 time. I also am a full time student so I am not home a whole lot. Oh and we have a King Charles Spaniel puppy.
