The house is kind of like a duplex where the owner/ landlady lives in one side of the house and me on the other, but we are completely isolated from each other. I have a full kitchen, dryer, washing machine, backyard, driveway, and 1/2 of a garage. I am looking to find a roomate to share my side of the house which includes your own bedroom, share a bathroom, share an office/spare room, family room, kitchen, and 1/2 of the garage. The house is in a very nice neighborhood and parking is shared in the driveway and/ or the street. The $850 includes utilities and cable. In the family room, i have a couch and tv which you should feel free to use. I currently have a small dog who lives in the back yard and occasionally comes in the house. The room is available to rent by July and you would be co-renting with me. Please no one who expects to throw "party's" here as this is a quiet place. If you are looking for a nice place where you can come home and relax, this is the place for you. I occasionally have people over to watch the game or fights, but nothing too out of control. Dogs welcome but only if they don't bark and get along with mine.
