Looking to share 2 story duplex with one roommate. It has 3 bedrooms on the second floor and I'm looking to rent one of them out. It has a few basic pieces of furniture and a new double bed already. The third room is my office. Nice hard wood floors throughout. Non smoker and no pets please as I'm allergic. It has a big deck out back with a BBQ, hammock and fire pit in the yard. Price includes all utilities, laundry, local phone, internet, cable TV. There is free street parking. There is a suite in the basement that has a private entrance that is currently being rented. The 3 of us would share the laundry facilities. It's in a quiet neighbourhood close to a bus stop, a park, and only 10 minutes to downtown by car.
