I am needing a roommate for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in the Riverside area, its approximately 15 from Liberty, 5 min. from Zona Rosa, 20 from Legends and 15 from Downtown! The rent would be 300 a month and included all utilities including cable and internet. No preference on gender or age. I am female, 26, I work 2 jobs, days a week so i am really home in the evenings and on Sundays. I am pretty easy to get along with i dont smoke and have all of my own furniture already so u would really only need to furnish your room . My husband is 27, and does a lot of touring with his band so he is out of town a lot so it would just me and our small dog. I have a terrier mix and she is about 17 lbs. I enjoy cooking and watching movies and tv in the evenings. I do enjoy going for walks/running in the evenings as well for exercise so if your into that your more that welcome to come!

Our apartment complex is a no smoking complex, so smoking is allowed only outside. We're very quiet people, and while we're okay with friends hanging out, we just request it not be loud. We're not about parties in our apartment or anything like that. No cats please as our dog doesnt get along with them. Move in date would be August 1st
