Take over my lease (until April 30th- with option to renew) for one room in a four bedroom apartment shared with three professional, courteous, women. Apartment is huge and sunny (the biggest apartment that I've seen in Chicago), has front and back porch, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas-forced heat, central air. Apartment is close to public transportation (Brown and Red lines, Broadway bus, 151, as well as express buses downtown), grocery stores, (Treasure Island, Jewel, and Whole foods are all walking distance), and restaurants/bars. Lakefront running/bike path is a block away. Utilities are not included in rent and average $50/month (including heat, air, cable, and wireless internet). You would be taking over my lease, so you will have to pass credit check and put down a month and a half security deposit.
