We are looking for 2 roommates to fill the last 2 rooms of our house. We have a 3 bedroom house near 40th St and Broadway. We're close to I 10, I 17, the 60, and probably more so it's easy to get everywhere. We have 2 dogs (Biggs the lab and Rusty the schnoodle) so you have to be ok with dogs. Both are still young (1 and 2) so they can be a bit crazy at times but for the most part are well behaved. We tend to keep the house fairly neat, but we are all college aged so things do get messy sometimes. If you love cleaning go for it, or if you don’t mind some dishes in the sink then we’re good for you either way. Living here is my boyfriend Michael and I who share the master room. Your bathroom has a tub and shower. All of us are in school or are going to be in school. Michael is 22, and I am 19. We would prefer someone who is around this age/in college. We have a pool and a nice back yard. Rent is $450 including EVERYTHING (cable, wireless internet, pool maintenance, and lawn, plus any other utilities). We are looking for someone to sign a 6months to a year's lease or to arrange another roommate before leaving. Rooms are available August 1st.The house is right near a bus stop if you want to save on gas during the week. We’re also close to AZ Mills mall, and several other places to shop and eat. We do have some parties here for holidays and birthdays and stuff but we try to keep it a pretty relaxed environment. Please respond with a little info about yourself and even a picture if you have one. The open rooms have our current roommate’s stuff in it right now so we don’t have pics. I have a pictures of one of the rooms the house from when it was empty, but the empty room now looks exactly the same.
