I'm 22 and am looking for a roommate! I live at Park Place Condos on Mountain Ave and Roger Rd which pretty much consists of all U of A students and is just south of North Point and The Seasons. I have a room open and it only costs a flat, FIXED rate of $550 per month which fully includes wireless internet, cable and all utility fees. It’s a 3 bed/2 bath, 2 story condo with a 2 car automatic garage, fully furnished in all rooms, including the extra bedroom (bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, and dual sliding glass mirrors as the closet doors). Washer/dryer and extra room is on the second floor. Upstairs bathroom is shared, but you would have your own sink and cabinet space available. All kitchen appliances are provided. Only 10 minutes North of U of A campus, 5 minutes away from Tucson mall, 2 minutes away from LA Fitness, and local grocery stores! I graduated May of from the Eller College of Management at the U of A. I accepted a post graduation job in Tucson so I am currently working for accounting firm in Oro Valley.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party weekends.
