My name is Ty and I am 23 years old. My lease is up on my house so Im looking for somewhere to go. Unless I can find someone to move into my third room and pay about $500 a month. I would like to get a roommate so that I can save some money and pay off my debts. Alot of people say that I am pretty clean for a bachelor when they come to my house. I have a 2 year old son named Atticus. He stays with me about 4 days out of the week usually. I have alot of stuff though, 60 inch big screen, suede sectional couch, a washer and dryer, a parrot,(but I can lose the bird), and all kinds of other things. Right now I live in a 3 BR house in LaVista and it costs me over $1000 a month. Its killing me. Im looking to cut this number in half if possible. I will clean, cook, or whatever else. I have no problem with these things. Just need a roommate that is good with kids. I work and go to school full time, so I will hardly ever be there.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as average.I rarely have overnight guests.I party occasionally.

My work schedule is best described as "student". My professional occupation is it/computers. I do not have any pets.
