I am an attorney recently returned from a years sabbatical in the south atlantic/carribean on my catamaran Parallax. Just bought a bed and breakfast complex in Kuttawa and accepted a position in Nashville to fund it all. Drive is killing me. So I am looking for a room. I am well read, extremey well traveled clean neat and easy to get along with. I am a great handy man as I have several rentals and houses I have developed rehabbed. I will only be in Nashville 4 nights a week at the most and then ill be back in Ky. This seemd to be kinda of an adventure and i really dont want to rent an entire apartment as i will be there so seldom.
