Well, I don't want smoking or heavy partying or heavy drinking or drugs. I want someone who is easy to get along with and is a good communicator. Someone social aka friendly, but does not rely on me for entertainment at the same time. The room has a small walk in closet and a full bath attached, one window, and a ceiling fan. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished accept tht room. So it would be best to find someone who does not have a lot of stuff to bring, I mean as long as it fits in your room awesome heh. I do have some space in the shared areas. By the way the room can come furnished if that works for you.
