I recently got hired in a tutoring firm and am in need of an affordable space asap. I am also transferring back to the city for schooling and so my schedule may be flexible (sometimes hectics). I also am an artist so bear in mind, art supplies and of the like would be moved in with me.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed after 2am.I eat vegetarian.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I rarely have overnight guests.I party occasionally.

My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is student/ undergraduate. I do not have any pets.

Someone responsible and friendly. I would like to be in a safe neighborhood or at least somewhere near metro and the place to be a clean environment.

My favorite books are genres: historical fiction, fantasy/adventure, mystery. If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch don"t really have any though I do watch shows on. Movies I enjoy the most are genres: action, horror, thriller, mystery, historical fiction, comdey, some romance.
