My pup and I are looking for a change in living situation. We currently live in a studio apartment that we keep neat, orderly and clean at all times. We love where are but at the same time, we thought a change in scenery at this point might be good for us. Since we are not like normal beings that set plans for two, or ten years ahead, we are looking for people who will rent a room on a monthly basis. We might stay longer than months or even a year but we might also want to stay in two or three months only before we decide that we need to keeping moving until we find what we are looking for. It could mean moving out of Florida and off to another state or perhaps country…just kidding :)

I get up before 6am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I never have overnight guests.I party rarely.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is administration/ secretarial. I have a pet dog.

An ideal roommate would be an elderly, nice lady who lives by herself in a safe, clean and decent neighborhood and can accept my 3 lbs dog. I am very independent. If there are no elderly ladies that fits the bill, then anyone my age, 30’s, complete with background check, yours and mine, who is open minded, responsible, respectful, neat, clean and professional will suit me fine. Of course, they should live in a decent, clean and safe neighborhood, as I like to jog after work sometimes.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 30 and 99. I prefer non-smoking roommates. I prefer a household without pets.
