Hello. A "northern bird" and recent MSc graduate looking for my own place in Newcastle for a better social life (all my hobbies and friends are based in Newcastle). Looking for possible buddy-up or tenant to move into place Ive found, but cant move into til second tenant is confirmed due to finances, ideally with similar interests or one I can get on with. Hobbies: I started swing dancing back in 2005/2006 and am now completely addicted to it. My other interest is caving (potholing), which I'm not great at but enjoy and go away for occassional weekends with the local group, when funds allow. I'm a night owl and like my bed way too much, so late nights will not be an issue. I'm generally not a big party person, apart from swing social dances and the occasional birthday party but dont get hammered.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as average.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party occasionally.

My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is student/ graduate. I do not have any pets.

My Situation: Although I'm working at the moment, I am needing a landlord which will accept DSS/housing benefit. This is as a safety net as a graduate in this credit crunch, and as my current contract runs out in August and it's not guaranteed it will be extended for 6 months. So it's really an in between job thing. Propety/The Place: I've been looking around and have found a two-bed place in Jesmond at 525pcm which meets my needs but I need another tenant before I can take it (there's also possibilities in Heaton). The Jesmond property includes TV and TV licence. Joint-contract, long-term tenancy only (12months). Discounted as I'd be bringing in my own furniture from previous house for shared use. 1 large double and 1 smaller double/single, 3pce bathroom, moderate size kitchen, fireplaces and wood flooring. 5mins from Osborne Road and metro station. I am looking for roommates between the ages of 22 and 37. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I prefer a household without pets.
