Hi there. I'm an easy going, laid back type of man who was raised with good ole southern morals and standards. I have a high ethics standing as well. I believe in honesty, fairness, and open communication. I'm a very clean individual and am not one to leave my clothes thrown about. I like to live in cleanliness / tidiness. I do have 2 cats, they are still relatively young and both fixed, that I am hoping I can bring with me. I enjoy waking up and enjoying a pot of coffee and sitting outside to start my day. Having a roommate to do that with would be awesome.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party rarely.

My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is other. I have a pet cat.

I hope to find a roommate that will be an honorable and moral individual. One who is not only tolerant, but accepting of my lifestyle. Someone that I can become friends with and share cool roommate moments with. Living with someone who shares a common interest in cookouts, moderate entertaining of friends, and knows when to settle down for the evening would be a huge plus.
