I'm a 29 year old, male, corporate training manager at an I.T. company in Atlanta. I moved to Midtown about a month ago and am currently renting an apartment from a friend while he and his wife are in Boston for the summer. I'm hoping to find a roommate to live in a reasonably nice apartment/condo with but be able to split the rent. I'm organized and usually keep my home extremely clean. I don't smoke, I rarely drink and I might have one or two people over once every two months or so.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I never have overnight guests.I party rarely.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is it/computers. I do not have any pets.

A clean, non-smoking, roommate who is easy to get along with. I'm hoping for something within walking distance to Piedmont Park and either the Midtown or Arts Center MARTA Station--this is ideal but not a requirement.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 22 and 40. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I prefer a household without pets.
