I am conscientious, reliable and courteous. I am a non-drinker, non-smoker myself but wouldn't rule out a roomate that is a mature drinker - infrequent toker. The perfect roomate would not be on Prozac, can be an engaging conversationalist, prefers to wash up dishes after a meal, and of course respect's another space.
