Me and hubby are moving to Cali to go to school in December, but we need to be out of our current apt. by Sept! We can move anytime if we want. We don't want to sign a year lease so we thought we would give room rental a try. Hubby works a lot and I work and go to school so we wouldn't be around much. We don't throw parties but we do like to cook dinner. We are non smokers and non drinkers with two kitties who are very clean.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I rarely have overnight guests.I party rarely.
