I have recently relocated to the Raleigh area I am a Food and Nutrition Production Tech at WakeMed I also just started part time at the Raleigh Convention center I am neat and quiet, and I can provide plenty of personal, professional, and rental references I bike, read alot, and collect and sell historical artifacts and art I also consider myself considerate and quiet

I get up 6am - 8am. I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.

I do not have any pets.

I am looking for a decent size room with a private bath, hardwood floors would be a bonus a historical neighborhood cool too I like animals, but dont have any I would like to be near entertainment districts, restaurants, etc I dont have alot of stuff at the moment so I need minimumal storage space As of 9/19/2012 I am still available and I am now getting ready to ramp up my search I have decided that the area I am interested is downtown, 5 points, cameron village or near there, but I am open to anything near the beltline
