The home was renovated 2 years ago I installed twisted carbonized bamboo flooring in the mon areas The kitchen is tile, the extra bedrooms are carpeted I repainted with knock down texture on ceiling and walls, crown molding and base boards All bedrooms and the front room have ceiling fans The bedrooms have a full sized bed and a dresserThe second bathroom is shared in the case of two renters The front room has a ~55" plasma tv with a PS3, netflix, and free local digital channels The home is centrally located to everything All utilities and internet are split Electric ranges from $40 to $120, water around $40, gas around $25, internet $40 I cover lawn care I sweep the mon areas and mop the kitchen I use the dishwasher I cover all other costs that have to do with owning a home I've had roommates that range between 25 and 45 I have a friendly 8 month old black lab that stays on the Florida porch I have a Christian background, and my take away is to do right by others My previous 2 roommates moved out over the last 5 months due to financial and education reasons

I get up 6am - 8am. I go to bed 8pm - 10pm. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.
