The house is a split two story rowhouse that was just fully redone, so everything is in incredible shape--has nice hardwood flooring throughout, brand new appliances big fridge/full kitchen with nice countertops/washer dryer Also an incredible deck that opens onto a sizeable yard with no alley I've got it pretty much furnished outdoor furniture, a grill, couches, kitchen stuff, etc, but there's also room for new stuff if you've got it The open room offers a lot of space and large street-side windows Solid closet and storage space Right now it is furnished with the necessities, but that stuff could go The location is great, too--within a block of some of NE's best bars and restaurants Little Miss Whiskey's is pretty much across the street in fact, within one block you've got Taylor Gourmet, H&Pizza brand new, a BofA ATM, Rita's Italian Ice, Liberty Tree, a Family Dollar, and more It's also a good spot for transportation; parking is pretty workable, there is a bikeshare station right across the street, as well as an X1/X2 bus stop and soon to be H Street Trolley The neighborhood is awesome--young, dynamic, with a good munity vibe I'm a 26 year old law student from the pacific northwest I often have night classes and I'm generally pretty busy, so if you have a 9-5 you'll end up having the place to yourself a lot of the time When I'm home, I'll usually be doing one of the following: cooking dinner, drinking beer, reading in my outdoor hammock, oversleeping, hanging out with friends, or watching something a movie, football, breaking bad, mad men, etc

I get up 8am - 10am. I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party occasionally.
