I'm a liscensed Esthetician and I have a full time job at a spa and I'm moving to the north location so I need to move north I'm putting my son in childcare and because childcare is basically a second rent, its too hard to swing my own place without scraping by I clean up after ourselves I would always respect my roomates property and privacy and would only ask the same consideration in return I'm laid back easy going I do music on the side I'm far from rigid or uptight I don't care what you do outside the home that's your business so long as its not brought into the home if you smoke I don't care as long as its not inside I want my son safe and in a happy environment no crazy crap no drama If your chill but can still maintain respect and your side of the deal we can make it work I can cook btw :

I get up 6am - 8am. I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I rarely have overnight guests. I party occasionally.

I do not have any pets.
